Welcome to the McGee Family Forestry website.
Here you will find the Forest Stewardship Plan presented by PLP Forester Andy Duncan, completed in December 2022, along with a collection of background reports that Andy has supplied to us about general forestry management issues. Also included is the original 2004 McGee Forestry Stewardship Plan written by Dick Cary in 2004.
Also presented here are a collection of forestry reports for the entire PLP property written by Dick Cary during the 2000-2010 decade. These were uncovered last summer in the PLP library, Allison Hamilton had them scanned during the fall and just posted on the PLP website. We have referenced and organized these PDF files here for family viewing.
Finally, also included is Dick Cary’s 2017 Forest History, this is a wonderful 139 page document covering from the 19th century until today.
