This document describes in detail the forest thinning project, the “60 Acres of hemlock-dominated forest”. From September 2020.
This document lays out the rationale for PLP to tackle the wooly adelgid (HWA) problem, provides a good explanation for the work that is to come. From July 2019.
Background Reports and Documents

This report describes the foundational work that the PLP board did to identify the threat to our hemlocks from HWA and lays out the scope of the problem and recommended efforts to address the issue.  Work done Autumn of 2017.

This is a short document that describes what individual households can do to help mitigate the wooly adelgid problem on their leaseholds, including the cost of spraying individual trees.
