This is the final updated leasehold forestry plan from Andy Duncan, completed in December 2022 and including Lots 52, 51, and 50 (PLP owned lot).
This is a copy of the map from report page 4 that shows the seven distinct “units” or individual forest types on the property, broken out for easy reference.

This is the original report by Dick Cary. Note that there was some confusion about ownership and boundaries of Lot 51 (straightened out with Andy Duncan during his work to spray the Hemlocks) at the time, for example Dick doesn’t reference the hemlock groves in his reporting.
